Head Fitness Coach

JOE STOKES

As an ex-professional footballer, Joe has had years of being on the receiving end of top quality coaching. He has experience working with a variety of different athletes including footballers, rugby players, boxers and mixed martial artists. Today, he specialises in functional fitness training and supporting everyday athletes, like you, in reaching their goals.
