METCON

MetCon - or metabolic conditioning - aims to achieve high effort output over a short period of time, with as little rest as possible between work to make your body more energy-efficient.

Sessions are primarily be about bodyweight movements but do include weighted exercises for an alternative stimulus.

BUILD

It does what it says on the tin: building a stronger, fitter version of you. Using dumbbells/kettlebells to build muscular strength with the added bodyweight exercise to both condition muscles and build endurance. These classes are designed to give you 1:1 coach interaction in a group class environment.
